Search for carbon fibre car parts in the UK and most of what comes back is imported, wet laid, or a thin carbon skin bonded over fibreglass. Ours are none of those things. Every part we make is hand built in Britain from 100% pre-preg carbon fibre and cured in an autoclave, the same process behind motorsport and hypercar components. This is what British built means at Dissident, what we make, and how it reaches you.
Pre-preg carbon arrives with the resin already impregnated into the cloth, which keeps the resin content low and consistent. Each part is laid up by hand in precision carbon and metallic tooling, then cured under heat and pressure in the autoclave. Compared with the wet lay and open moulding behind most aftermarket carbon, the result is lighter, stronger, more accurate and far better looking, with a 2x2 twill weave matched to the carbon Porsche fits to its own mirrors and roof panels. Put one of our parts next to the factory carbon on the car and it reads as one piece of design.
That is the standard the whole range is held to. No skins, no fibreglass underneath, no chrome-effect weave that sits wrong against the original. If you have been searching for Porsche carbon fibre parts in the UK, or carbon fibre body panels made in Britain, this is the difference worth checking for: pre-preg and autoclave named on the product page, rather than the word carbon alone in the title.
We build for the cars we know. For the 911 that means ducktails across four generations: the 991.1 and 991.2 ducktail, and the 992.1 and 992.2 mini ducktail coupe, with targa and cabriolet and fixed versions alongside. Around them sits a full aero and styling range: front splitters, rear diffusers, side sills, fixed rear wing blades and the 992 engine covers in brake light and brake light delete versions.

For the 718 GT4 and Spyder we make the rear wing, front end carbon packs in road and track spec, and the details in between, down to door triangles and fuse cover panels. If you want the whole car done in one order, the 991.1, 991.2 and 718 GT4 full carbon packages cover it in matched weave. And for the 992 there are our forged DD1 and DD2 wheels in centre lock and five bolt fitments.

Not everything has to be a wing. Some of our most ordered parts in the UK are the details: standard door triangles that swap the plastic behind each mirror for carbon, anti-buffet triangles that add function with the form, and fuse cover panels that carry the weave into the front compartment. They are the pieces that tie a car together, and because each one replaces a factory original, they fit like the car left Stuttgart wearing them.
An autoclave cures the part under heat and pressure at once, consolidating the laminate so the finished panel is dense, dimensionally accurate and free of the dry patches and pinholes that plague cheaper carbon. It is a slow way to make a part and it needs proper tooling, which is why so little aftermarket carbon is made this way. It is also why our parts hold their shape, weight and finish for the life of the car rather than fading, warping or delaminating after a few summers.
British Porsche life has its own rhythm: early Sunday runs before the roads fill, club meets in pub car parks, trackdays at the circuits we all grew up watching, and a show season that peaks around Goodwood. It is a scene that rewards cars driven rather than trailered, and it notices details. Our parts are built for all of it. Panels directly replace the factory originals with no cutting, drilling or permanent bonding, so a car can wear a ducktail all summer and go back to standard before it is sold. Everything is designed to look factory at ten paces and reward a closer look at one.
Buying British has a practical upside too: no customs, no import duty and no surprises at the door. Parts in stock are dispatched quickly, and parts built to order are dispatched within 14 to 35 days. Prices are in pounds on every product page.
Yes. Our panels directly replace the factory originals with no cutting or drilling, so the car can always return to standard.
Today, yes. The range is built around the 911 across four generations, the 718 GT4 and Spyder, and our forged wheel designs for the 992. Depth over breadth is a deliberate choice: we would rather know a handful of cars completely than a hundred cars loosely.
Selected parts, including painted ducktails and carbon packs, can be finished in Porsche paint codes. Otherwise most parts are offered in gloss lacquered visual carbon, bare carbon, primer or gloss black.
Start with the 991.2 ducktail, browse the rest of the range, or get in touch and we will help you spec the car.
